Google Index Checker — check thousands of URLs in bulk

Check Google index status for one URL or a large list, review the results in your dashboard, and export them to CSV.

Not affiliated with Google. Index status can change over time.

Bulk checks

Check a single URL or upload large URL lists. The current checker supports batches of up to 10,000 URLs.

Clear result states

Review Google index-status results in one dashboard instead of manually repeating individual searches.

CSV export

Export checker results to CSV so you can filter, share, compare later, or feed them into your SEO workflow.

Indexing workflow

Move eligible URLs that need attention into the IndexNowFast indexing workflow without leaving the platform.

A practical bulk index-check workflow

  1. 1. Add URLs. Paste URLs or prepare a bulk list for checking.
  2. 2. Run the checker. IndexNowFast processes the list and records each observed result.
  3. 3. Review and export. Work from the dashboard or export the results to CSV.
  4. 4. Investigate failures. Check response status, robots/noindex, canonical, rendering, and Search Console data where available.
  5. 5. Act on eligible URLs. Fix technical blockers first, then use an indexing workflow when faster discovery is appropriate.
Built for SEO operations

From checking to action in one platform

Use the checker to identify URLs that need attention, then continue with technical fixes or IndexNowFast’s indexing workflow where appropriate.

Noindex & robots checks

A non-indexed result is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Check meta robots, X-Robots-Tag, robots.txt, public accessibility, and whether the page is returning the content you expect.

Troubleshoot non-indexed URLs →

Canonical & rendering checks

If a page is crawlable but not selected, verify its canonical signals and rendered HTML. A generic app shell, missing main content, or conflicting canonical can undermine the page.

Use URL Inspection Live Test →

Repeatable checks over time

Export a CSV snapshot, fix or submit the relevant URLs, then run another check later. Comparing exported snapshots gives you a practical audit trail without claiming that index state is permanent.

Methodology, privacy, and limits

Observed status, not a guarantee. Google can recrawl, recanonicalize, add, or remove URLs from its index. Treat every result as a point-in-time observation.

Use Search Console for owned-site diagnosis. If you control the site, URL Inspection provides Google’s indexed information and a separate Live Test for the current page.

Only submit appropriate public URLs. Do not use indexing workflows to bypass access controls, noindex directives, or publisher intent.

Bulk operations need triage. A status result tells you which URLs deserve attention; it does not replace technical SEO review of the underlying page.

Google Index Checker FAQ

What does the Google Index Checker check?

It checks the current Google index-status result returned by the IndexNowFast checker workflow for the URLs you submit.

Can I check URLs in bulk?

Yes. The product supports bulk index checks, including lists of up to 10,000 URLs.

Can I export the results?

Yes. Checker results can be exported to CSV for analysis, reporting, or comparison with a later check.

Can this diagnose a noindex problem?

The checker helps you identify URLs that need investigation. If a URL is not indexed, inspect its robots directives, X-Robots-Tag, canonical, response status, rendering, and Search Console URL Inspection data.

How can I tell if a page is indexed by Google?

Check the URL with an index-status tool and, for a site you control, confirm the URL in Search Console URL Inspection. Use the Live Test separately when you need to test the current page.

Does a checker result guarantee future indexing?

No. Index status can change as Google recrawls and reevaluates pages. The checker reports an observed status; Google ultimately controls its index.
